Feedback from Team and Group Coaching participants

It is a safe space, you can share experiences, everyone comes with open minds, listens to the others, shares their own experiences from which everyone can learn. Or just another perspective, which is also useful quite often, especially when you are stuck in a situation for a long time. The exercises our coaches brought were very simple yet powerful ones, helped us connect quickly and then we could build upon that and deepen the experience.
I have experience with coaching, group coaching and therefore I was not surprised at the techniques, the value I found in this is more about the fact that this is available in the office, a safe space and true growth comes from it as we can share experiences (life and work) without any masks, concerns. I did not say amazing as for me that is something more, however I am fully content and would do it again and would also highly recommend it. So far this was the best training here, the scheduling (every 3 weeks) and mid-term term is also important as it lets the group members to slowly open up, integrate and connect in apace comfortable to all. Good for me means 9/10 (amazing would be 10/10 and life changing 20/10) thank you so much!
It was really an amazing coaching service, we touched such a topics that we could never touch before in other sessions. The attitude of the coaches were excellent, and I learnt a lot from the ever changing and never boring sessions. I loved the situational games, and the participants became real alliances during the 6 sessions.
For me, group coaching was a truly surprising experience as I have never thought that I would gain so deep insights into my own feelings through coaching esp. in a group. Others’ reflections were really eye-opening for me and it was amazing to experience how open we open and safe we felt together.
Besides helping to solve real life dilemmas this session is also a good opportunity to get to know piers face to face and understand their dilemma and issues too..
Regarding the methodology, I have a big dilemma as to whether it really fits into a business environment (spiritual predominance, many touches, sensitive topics…) While it is excellent for strengthening advanced strengths.
Considering today’s dinamics, investing into people can be the biggest benefit in this industry. This has both professionally and spiritually opened new doors for the participants, really wow and catartical moments. Loved every single minute and after couple of years of leadership experience i would made this mandatory for leaders to attend.
I’d happily recommend it to anyone (not limited to leads) however I’d make sure that participants understands, group coaching is not like a training or formal education, so I’d recommend it those that are ready to put effort and willingness to be active.
It helps you put things in perspective, improve your self-awareness, understand better your strengths to build on, gives you tools to manage major roadblocks more successfully
